Becca Reymann, MSW, LCSW
Becca (they/she) found their path in becoming a therapist after a windy road of teaching, travel, wilderness therapy, community mental health, university counseling, and working as a backpacking guide. As a therapist, they use a collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, intersectional approach. They are dedicated to engaging in therapy through a social justice lens that recognizes the impact of oppressive systems on the human experience.
Becca has been a Vipassana meditator for nearly the past decade, which informs her work as a therapist. She uses a variety of somatic (body-based) approaches and mindfulness practices to help folks move toward safe embodiment, deepening connection with self and others. She is dedicated to using a warm, non-judgmental approach, rooted in curiosity and connection.
In their free time, you can find Becca spending time outside, hanging with the people they love, dancing, traveling, skateboarding, learning the drums, or hanging with their sweet cat.
